mBraining for Managers: Leading with Clarity, Compassion & Courage

mBraining for Managers is a transformative leadership program designed for mid to senior-level managers who lead diverse, multi-generational teams.

This one-day, interactive training—followed by two individual coaching sessions—introduces participants to the powerful methodology of mBraining, which aligns the wisdom of the head, heart, and gut brains to enhance leadership effectiveness, communication, and decision-making.

Through a blend of neuroscience, practical tools, and personalized insights, managers will learn how to integrate multiple intelligences to manage emotions, resolve conflicts, build trust, and engage employees more effectively. By combining mBraining principles with the Entrepleio Leadership Assessment, each participant will receive a tailored approach to developing their leadership strengths and addressing blind spots.

Before the training, participants complete the Entrepleio Leadership Assessment, a psychometric tool measuring traits across logic, emotion, behavior, innovation, and decision-making. Each participant’s personalized profile will be used during the program and in follow-up coaching sessions to align their leadership style with mBraining techniques.

The program covers six core modules:

• Introduction to mBraining and the 3 Brains – Explore the neuroscience behind the head, heart, and gut, understand their roles in leadership, and learn why alignment builds trust and influence.
• Discovering Your Leadership Style Through Entrepleio – Analyze your leadership profile, uncover strengths and blind spots, and map them through the mBraining lens.
• Managing Emotions and Conflict – Apply mBraining techniques to handle emotional triggers, manage stress, and respond to conflict with logic, compassion, and courage.
• Motivation, Trust, and Team Engagement – Learn how to inspire teams by understanding emotional and behavioral drivers, building trust, and fostering initiative.
• Leading with Integrated Wisdom – Practice decision-making using all three brains, apply Entrepleio insights to leadership goals, and design a personal alignment plan.
• Wrap-Up and Commitment – Reflect on key learnings, set actionable commitments, and prepare for ongoing development through individual coaching.

Following the training, participants receive two one-on-one coaching sessions to deepen their application of mBraining and review progress in real-life leadership scenarios.

Training Methodology

This program combines mBraining (mBIT) methodology with the Entrepleio Leadership Assessment, using experiential learning, somatic techniques, breathing practices, role-play scenarios, peer coaching, and personal reflection. The addition of post-training coaching ensures sustainable change and measurable leadership growth.
