Our Company History
Initially, we began as an exclusive NLP workshop, introducing the concept to Lebanon when it was relatively unknown in the region. In the midst of the pandemic, EANLPWorld boosted the field of NLP by conducting weekly training sessions for levels 1, 2, and 3. Numerous coaches have graduated from EANLPWorld and launched successful careers, with continued support from EANLPWorld in finding clients, expanding social media platforms, supporting community coaches, and offering office space for coaching sessions.
EANLPWorld has found the perfect combination of NLP, emotional intelligence, psychology, and life coaching for corporate training purposes. Our services include training in leadership, sales, teamwork, negotiation, and public relations. Please see our portfolio for more information.
In 2021, we decided to expand our services to Dubai, where such training was relatively new and has been well-received, especially in multinational corporations. We have partnered with companies like Air France, with a high return on investment (ROI), and are now collaborating with companies to improve productivity among employees by supporting their trainers and HR departments.

Meet Eddy From Stuttering to Success
Eddy’s journey is one of resilience, determination, and triumph. At age 7, stuttering and bullying tarnished his school life and triggered social anxiety, making simple tasks, like communicating at a supermarket, a challenge. It was not until he was 17, supported by a loving partner who saw beyond his struggles, that he began to regain his confidence.
Building on his newfound self-belief, Eddy embarked on a successful career in sales and account management. However, at 33, a pre-cancer diagnosis shook him to his core. Amidst this adversity, he was introduced to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) by his manager at Byblos Bank. This transformative experience not only aided his recovery but also sparked a career transition.
Recognizing the life-altering potential of NLP, Eddy sought INLPTA and NASP certifications. In 2019, armed with a business plan and unyielding determination, he ventured into the realm of corporate training, blending mental health support with professional skills development.
Fast forward to 2023, NLP is thriving and so is Eddy. As the proud founder of EANLPWorld and owner of two companies in Lebanon and Dubai, he offers customized corporate training programs focusing on mental health and soft skills. His passion? Empowering people.
Eddy, a certified trainer, provides one-on-one coaching, bespoke seminars, and workshops, motivating individuals and teams to surmount obstacles and realize their ambitions. His robust 18-year background in marketing and management equips him with a deep understanding of market and corporate needs, allowing him to intertwine mental health strategies with business objectives seamlessly.
